Rent this Restored French farmhouse for a peaceful holiday in rural France. Two miles from the Beautiful Brittany coast, as shown in picture above, in the tiny hamlet of St. Sebastien, a mile and a half from Plestin Les Greves, Between the market towns of Lannion & Morlaix
The cottage has 4 bedrooms and is ideal for 2 to 8 People.
Far from the madding crowd! not far from the rugged beauty of the Brittany coast and National Park Amorique.
On the western end of the Cote de Granite Rose, 2 miles outside Plestin .
Facing south with lovely views over countryside this old stone farmhouse carefully restored with a tasteful balance between modern amenity and rustic charm. standing in its own ground with a secluded lawn and courtyard.
2 hours from St Malo, 45 minutes Roscoff, 6 minutes Beach.

ACCOMMODATION.
GROUND FLOOR: Traditional style living room with stone fire place, incorporating lounge and kitchen area, steps to dining-room and bath-room with WC.
FIRST FLOOR:-
Main staircase leading to Bedroom 1, separate shower-room with WC and 2nd Bedroom.
Back staircase leading to two further double Bedrooms, one accessed via the other. Cot and high-chair available.

Beaches, Restaurants, Local Soirees, Walking, Sailing, wind surfing, Sand yachting, Horse riding, Cycling, Supermarkets, Local Markets (Plestin, Lannion, Loquirec, Morlaix).
THE COTTAGE
Situated in St Sebastien, a small hamlet surrounded by farms and fields still worked by individual farmers. The cottage has a view over the countryside for 5 miles. It is two and a half miles down to the bay of St Efflam, a 5 mile stretch of golden sand from St Michel to Plestin divided by the GRAND ROCHER which gives magnificent view over the bay.
THE LOCAL AREA
COAST

From the bay of St Efflam there is a coastal path leading out of the western end of the bay past several small rocky bays with sandy beaches up to Toul en Hery. Continuing around the coast brings you to the charming port of Loquirec. There are three beaches here and a little harbour, Les Sables blancs being a favourite spot with a small creperie at the end of the bay, rock pools and a back drop of pine trees.
Follow the Bay of St Efflam east to St Michel en Greve. The Hotel du Plage has a wonderful balcony over looking the bay especially beautiful at sun-set.
Cross the River Leger at Lannion and follow the of pink granite coast with its huge crazy rocks and charming bays to Treburden (where the Isle Milau gets cut off at high tide), Tregastel, Ploumanach (with a chateau perched amongst the rocks on an island) , Perros Guirec and beyond.

PARK AMORIQUE
Follow the D42 south of the N12 to Guerlesquin. Continue to Huelgat and wander along the Moulin de chaos to discover the Grotte du Diable down amongst the most bizarre shaped rocks and try move the Roche Tremblant. Drive through the Monts Aree south of Morlaix right down to the coast at Brest.
SHOPPING
There is a SUPER U supermarket at Plestin and various smaller shops. GEANTE and E Leclerc Hyper markets at Lannion (Route de Perros) and Morlaix just of N12. Lannion has its market on Thursday which covers the town car park and spreads up into the town with all sorts of local produce on sale. Both Lannion and Morlaix are worth visiting both for their architecture and shops.
PLESTIN- LES- GREVES
Plestin is a small town with a bustling Sunday morning market, with local produce on sale.
There is a Super U supermarket, a couple of smaller supermarkets, bakers, butchers, creperie, cafes, bars and a tourist office, which is a must to get an up date on all the local fetes held through out the summer. Which feature traditional costumes, dancing and crepes straight off the griddle!. Check out the local paper (Le Tregor) for local Bouls matches, the prize money can run into thousands of francs and the styles of play can be very interesting.

HOW TO BOOK
Lettings are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY
ARRIVAL after 2.00 PM . LOCAL TIME
DEPARTURE Before 10.00 AM. LOCAL TIME
You can print the booking form by going to the BOOKING FORM PAGE (Click here) and then printing from your file menu or printer icon on the browser tool bar. Use the back button to return.
Send completed booking form with deposit of £100 per week to confirm your booking (we will hold a phone reservation for 5 working days). If you have to cancel then we will refund your deposit providing we can re-let the weeks that you have booked. We will send you an invoice/statement to confirm your booking.
3. Send the Balance 6 weeks prior to departure.
Send a separate cheque of £75 with the Balance as a key deposit this money will be Returned to you 7 days after your return home to enable us to check whether the key has been returned to the care-taker and the cottage has been left in a clean and tidy condition.
FERRY BOOKINGS
Arrange your ferry bookings as early as possible.
As we advertise in CHEZ-NOUS they will offer a travel service where discounted ferry packages can be obtained when you reserve our cottage. The reference number for the cottage will be on the Invoice / statement which is sent to confirm your booking.

Get the Key from the CARETAKER (name, address and phone number will be on Invoice / Statement sent to confirm your booking).
